Rich has over 31 years of working with people in all settings. He draws from his long experience as a Speaker at Youth Camps and Retreats to inspire groups with encouragement. In addition to his experience, Rich is certified in SYMBIS marriage counseling, Level 1 Crossfit, and is a certified minister.
Rich has a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University. His work experience, as well as a Business ownership Rich can walk any organization through critical times and help build a strategy for the future!
